The formula for our programs combines individual work (~70%) with workshops and joint sessions (~30%) for all participants in each batch.

W Huge Thing Franek aktywnie wspiera menedżerów programów w prowadzeniu programów akceleracyjnych. Jest entuzjastą innowacji i technologii, a jednocześnie pasjonatem mody i tkanin.
Studiował w Szkole Innowacji na Uniwersytecie SWPS w Warszawie, gdzie zdobył cenną wiedzę na temat nowoczesnych rozwiązań. W trakcie studiów pracował również jako badacz, prowadząc wywiady do różnych projektów, w tym przy współpracy z Sexed. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywał jako młodszy specjalista ds. insightów, odpowiadając za tworzenie raportów UX.
Franek to prawdziwy człowiek z pasją do ludzi, zawsze chętny do rozmowy i poznawania nowych osób. W wolnym czasie lubi spędzać czas na świeżym powietrzu i relaksować się przy dobrym filmie.
