Collaboration with The Huge Thing (HT) allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of working with innovations. It highlighted the differences between business development and conscious innovation management. It introduced us to a range of tools, potential structural and managerial solutions in the field of innovation. As a result of our collaboration, HT prepared a framework proposal for working with innovations tailored to our multi-entity operations, based on a comprehensive internal innovation diagnosis.
