The Female Fundraising Academy (FFA), supported by Douglas, is an educational program specifically designed to empower female entrepreneurs. Our mission is to equip these founders with the strategic skills necessary to effectively scale their startups and successfully secure investment from top venture capital (VC) funds.

The FFA is an 6-week program where you can refine your business model and gear up for global expansion. During the academy, you’ll gain wide knowledge on navigating the fundraising landscape, including selecting and approaching the ideal investor, preparing a compelling pitch deck, mastering the art of valuation, and negotiating with VC funds. Our workshops are led by experienced experts who have successfully raised capital for their businesses or represent active venture capital funds. We don’t just give you the theory; we make sure you can actually use it.

Is this your next big step?

We’re looking for ambitious female founders ready to scale. See if we’re a match:

Our goal is to identify and promote female leaders who are reshaping the future of modern beauty and other industries, opening doors to a global investment ecosystem and a broad consumer base.

FFA - Beauty Path by Douglas

As part of the Female Fundraising Academy, we are launching a special beauty path presented and mentored by Douglasopen to everyone, no recruitment required.

The path takes place in the form of open workshops, running alongside the main FFA program between 13.07.2026 and 28.08.2026. Exact dates will be announced soon.

The path includes two workshops: a retail workshop on how to get your product into a retailer like Douglas, and a branding workshop on marketing your product and understanding what customers look for.
