CEO OF HUGE THING AND MANAGING PARTNER AT SPEEDUP GROUP
Monika, together with Huge Thing’s team, supports innovation ecosystem through organizing acceleration program, as well as, helping companies and public administration in their collaboration with startups. As the Managing Partner at SpeedUp Venture Capital Group, she’s also oversees the communication of the whole capital group.
Senior program manager
Adam is responsible for activities related to the implementation of the processes of creating and developing innovation. Before joining HT, Adam implemented the internal acceleration program at Volkswagen Poznań. He also has experience in the implementation of projects in the field of research and consultation regarding, i.a., zoning.
Acceleration LEAD, SENIOR program manager
Agnieszka joined Huge Thing in 2021. She is responsible for our acceleration programs. She is passionate about art, technology, and gendered innovations. Previously, Director of District Hall Warsaw and Startup Development Department Manager at Incubator Starter.
Co-creator of Techseed.me technological acceleration program and the first coliving space in Poland for digital nomads.
Interim Head of Knowledge, Innovation Shaper
Maryla joined Huge Thing in 2021. Her scope of tasks and interests covers supporting corporations in innovation-related processes (design, creation and implementation) as well as linking the corporate and startup world. Previously, as an Expert at Department of Startups Development at PARP, Maryla co-created programs supporting the startup ecosystem in Poland, i.a. Scale UP – the first public acceleration program connecting startups and corporations.
Magda joined Huge Thing in 2021. Responsible for our acceleration programs Gov Tech inno_Lab. Previously, she cooperated on our projects for Gov Tech and corporations. Associated with the Poznań Startup Community. Experience in organizing events. She worked in advertising and interactive agencies, creating brand campaigns and loyalty programs.
She is passionate about personal development, psycho-biology and supporting women in creating a business. The creator of the projects Kobiecy Poznań Przebudzenie and Joy of life.
Zuza joined Huge Thing in 2021.
She is responsible for acceleration programs like GovTech Inno_Lab and Żabka Future Lab. Before joining Innovation Monsters, Zuza led projects at Żabka Polska, earlier connected with automotive at Volkswagen Group Polska. In Żabka, she was responsible for project management, coordinating the teamwork according to the best practice – she was looking for the best way to keep the process alive.
Zuza is also a sportoholic, innovation seeker, and book lover.
Kaja joined the Huge Thing team in May 2022.
She has gained experience with developing projects in Poznan Science and Technology Park. For several years connected with the startup ecosystem, she helps international startups in growing their businesses in Poland and across Europe.
In Huge Thing responsible for educational programs for startups, organising mentorings, trainings and workshops.
Also, Kaja takes care of relations, community building, recruitments and explorations of startups’ needs to bring them the best value of our programmes.
Junior Program MANAGER
He’s been working at Huge Thing since June 2022. Tech and innovations enthusiast, especially those with positive social impact, greentech and healthtech solutions. Previously he worked in the sales and product departments, where he was responsible for outreach activities and product communication. Mateusz is a co-creator of the social campaign “Paragraphs without blunder” which mission was to educate high school students about their rights. During spare time he likes to read various books or articles about international politics and the economy, trying to understand these issues from different perspectives.
Senior marketing & communication manager
Since 2017, he has been associated with a Poznan-based venture capital funds group – SpeedUp Group, where he is responsible for internal and external communication activities. He also supports the fund’s portfolio companies in the area of marketing and PR. Damian is the author of the Poznan and co-author of the Krakow start-up guide.
All the time, he actively supports the development of the Polish startup ecosystem by organizing many events dedicated to the creators of innovations, as well as cooperating with the Startup Poland Foundation as its ambassador.
