Klaudia Błach-Morysińska

Klaudia specializes in intellectual and industrial property law, copyrights, advertisement law and unfair competition law. She advises on both civil and administrative litigation regarding IP matters.
Klaudia is experienced in representing clients before Polish courts and administrative bodies, as well as before EU and international trademark offices. She represents Polish and foreign entities in legal proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, OHIM, WIPO and administrative courts. She advises and represents worldwide concerns from the industrial and food sectors.
She has been a Patent and Trademark Attorney since 2008. In 2009 she was admitted as an advocate in Poland. A graduate of Lublin University (Master of Laws, 2003), Klaudia also completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at Warsaw University (2007).
Klaudia has authored publications on intellectual and industrial property law and delivers training courses in the field of IP.
Member of the Commission for Legislation and the Committee on the Application of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
