Adam Szyszka, President of the Board of SpeedUp Innovation. In the years of 2000-2001 he was a Polish-American Fulbright Commission scholarship holder, attending Columbia University in the City of New York. Prior to this, he had completed an one-year programme of studies at the University of Liverpool (UK). Additionally, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, specializing in business law, particularly in the subject of leverage buyout (LBO/MBO). He has worked for companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (in Poland and in the UK), and in the consulting arm at Millennium Bank Capital Group. He has many years of experience in consulting and corporate finance management. He’s a professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in business valuations, financial consulting, and negotiations with banks and other financial institutions.
